Origins: Friuli Venezia Giulia native.

Grape: vigorous, precocious blooming.

Wine: pretty intense ruby red tending to purplish with an intense and pleasant scent of wild blackberry,  the taste is winous, fragrant, and slightly tannic.

Suggested food pairing: Exceptional with fatty meats,

fowl, stews and spicy sauces. Served at 16-18° C.
